We have owned a HI 2001 bidet toilet seat since 2002. Recently decided to add another and ordered the HI 3001 from this store.
The service from this store was impressive (prompt and trouble-free). The 3001 mounting system is a significant improvement over the 2001 (which is fine in itself) and continues the high quality at a very reasonable price that HomeTech exhibited in the 2001.
You simply can't go wrong on either price or quality with this product.
