Due to the hygienic nature of Bidets and governmental regulations we cannot accept any returns if a Bidet Seat has been installed on your toilet and or the installation hardware kit has been opened or if other signs of use are detected.

We are a very customer service oriented company and want to make sure you are happy and healthy.If for some reason you decide to return your bidet other than damage, warranty repairs, wrong color, wrong shape or it’s defective; you will need to return your bidet in the original box, unused, in brand new condition. And have had it for 30 days or less from the day you received it. You will also need to call and get approval before shipping it back to us. You will need to ship it UPS or FedEx prepaid and fully insured. Any items not sealed, however, are charged 25% restocking fee and freight.

HomeTech Bidet Warranty Information
1. HomeTECH Industries warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase to the original purchaser.
2. HomeTECH Industries obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. HomeTECH Industries will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. HomeTECH Industries is not responsible for the cost of removal, return shipping cost, and/or reinstallation of products.
This warranty does not apply to damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder electrical storm, etc. HomeTECH's warranty is not valid if the bidet is purchased on EBay, Yahoo, or Amazon. These are channels of distribution for used products.
3. To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must first obtain a return authorization number and deliver the defective product prepaid to a HomeTECH Industries service facility:

Before you return the defective product you must contact HomeTECH Industries (888-557-6888) to obtain a return authorization number. In addition, you must include a letter explaining in detail the problem with the product. No product will be accepted without a return authorization number.
4. This written warranty is the only warranty made by HomeTECH Industries. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. HomeTECH Industries shall not be responsible for loss of the product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labor or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

One Year Manufacturer Warranty For Woongjin Coway Bidet Toilet Seats
TO ENFORCE YOUR RIGHT UNDER THIS WARRANTY, MAKE SURE
1. You are purchasing the ______(The Name of Product) by COWAY, if applicable, optional filters, or accessories (hereafter “COWAY product” or “COWAY products”) from an independent, authorized COWAY Distributor, Dealer, or Sales Representative.
2. Subject to the conditions and exceptions stated below, The COWAY Company (“Company”), 695 S. Vermont Ave #110, Los Angeles, CA 90005, U.S.A., warrants to the original purchaser (OTHER THAN FOR PURPOSES OF RESALE) that each COWAY product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one (1) year from date of purchase by the original purchaser as to all components, except expendables as defined below in paragraph 4 and 5, when used for personal, family, or household purposes (“consumer purposes”); or for one hundred eighty (180) days or 6 months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser as to all components, except expendables as defined below in paragraph 4 and 5, when used for commercial, professional, retail, institutional, etc., purposes (“commercial purposes”).
3. During the applicable warranty period, the Company will furnish for the COWAY product a replacement part for any part found to be defective, through an authorized COWAY Dealer. All transportation expense must be borne by the purchaser.
4. This One Year Manufacturer Warranty does not apply to:
(1) Filters, installation parts, or other expendables, charges for labor or service calls, damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or abuse.
(2) Damage or loss which occurs during shipment.
(3) Damage of loss sustained through any natural or manmade causes beyond the control of COWAY, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, floods, etc.
(4) Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
(5) Damage or loss resulting from negligent or improper installation including installation of unit in a harsh or hazardous environment.
(6) Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, modification of the product, or improper maintenance including damage caused by limestone, chlorine, or chlorine related products.
(7) Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges, electrical outages, lightning strikes or other acts which are not the fault of COWAY or which the Product is not specified to tolerate.
5. Service or repair performed by an unauthorized agent can seriously damage your COWAY product and affect your rights under this warranty. COWAY is not responsible for the cost of any service or repair provided by an unauthorized agent. In addition, this Manufacturer Warranty does not apply to:
(1) Any defect or damage that has been caused by an unauthorized agent;
(2) Any parts other than genuine COWAY parts; or
(3) Any COWAY product which has been repaired, altered, or structurally modified so as, in the judgment of the Company, to affect its stability or reliability.

THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY COWAY. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. COWAY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS DUE TO INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OR COSTS OF REPAIRS BY OTHERS, OR FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE. How to Obtain Service
To obtain repair service under this warranty, you must contact an authorized COWAY Dealer or Service Center to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the warranty to be valid. Take or ship the unit pre-paid to the closest authorized COWAY Dealer or Service Center along with your RMA number and proof of purchase. Because of personal hygiene concerns and government regulations, this product can not be returned once if it has been installed. In the case of the COWAY product being defective, please see Warranty and Return Policy for additional information regarding the return policy on defects.
Return Policy
1. All products purchased from COWAY can be returned within 30 days of purchase in case of non defective units. Factory sealed items can be returned without any restocking fee within 30 days. The items not sealed, however, are charged 25% restocking fee and freight.
2. Should your return comply with the reasons above, please contact authorized COWAY Local Dealer or Sales Representative. Authorized COWAY Dealer or Sales Representative should fill out the form of Field Failure Report (FFR), and call Customer Service at 800-480-1600, or email dealer@coway-usa.com to obtain Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after the original invoice date of the order and cannot be extended or re-issued. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.
3. All returns except those for defective product are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4. Return freight must be shipped prepaid, and we recommend that you insure the package, as you are responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages. We also recommend that you make sure you pack the carton properly for return, as COWAY will not issue credit for product damaged en route back to us due to poor shipping practices. We do not issue call tags for product returns unless the product ordered is not the product received.
5. Returned product must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents, and packaging. The items must be in a resalable condition free of any non-removable labels or writing on the product or product packaging. The product must also have with it upon return to us a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the appropriate RMA number on it. If the product is received without the RMA number, the package will be refused.
6. Products will be evaluated upon return to us to confirm the product or defective product has not been installed and that all parts and packing materials are in resalable condition prior to completing the disposition of the RMA.

Exclusions and Limitations

Bio Life Technologies’ obligations under this warranty are limited to repairs or replacement, at Bio Life Technologies’ discretion, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. Bio Life Technologies reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. Bio Life Technologies will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs for the first full year from date of purchase.
3. Bio Life Technologies is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of products. This warranty does NOT apply to:
- Damage or loss which occurs during shipment.
- Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the product
- Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as an earthquake, fire, flood, electrical storm, etc.

- 100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the first year from original date of purchase

- 50% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the third year from original date of purchase
- Limited 3 years warranty only applies to Supreme and Prestige bidet seat purchased after January of 2007.
Two years limited warranty policy for Ultimate Bidet Seat Models
- 100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the first year from original date of purchase
- 75% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the second year from original date of purchase

- BBC Innovation warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
- BBC Innovation’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at BBC Innovation’s option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. BBC Innovation reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. BBC Innovation will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. BBC Innovation is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of products.

To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must take the product or deliver it prepaid to a BBC Innovation service facility together with a letter stating the problem, or contact a BBC Innovation distributor or products service contractor, or write directly to BBC Innovation, INC., 205 Bert Street, Algonquin, IL 60102.
This written warranty is the only warranty made by BBC Innovation. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. BBC Innovation shall not be responsible for loss of the product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labor or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
Warning! BBC Innovation shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of, or damage to, this plumbing product or product component caused by either chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or in-tank bowl cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite).
Note: The use of high concentration of chlorine or chlorine related products can seriously damage the fittings. This damage can cause leakage and serious property damage.
Return Policy
Bidet seat which have been installed or used are non-refundable due to governmental regulations pertaining to personal hygiene products. BBC Innovation cannot accept product returns if the installation hardware kit has been opened or if other signs of use are detected.
