You are purchasing the ______(The Name of Product) by COWAY, if applicable, optional filters, or accessories (hereafter “COWAY product” or “COWAY products”) from an independent, authorized COWAY Distributor, Dealer, or Sales Representative. 2. Subject to the conditions and exceptions stated below, The COWAY Company (“Company”), 695 S. Vermont Ave #110, Los Angeles, CA 90005, U.S.A., warrants to the original purchaser (OTHER THAN FOR PURPOSES OF RESALE) that each COWAY product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one (1) year from date of purchase by the original purchaser as to all components, except expendables as defined below in paragraph 4 and 5, when used for personal, family, or household purposes (“consumer purposes”); or for one hundred eighty (180) days or 6 months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser as to all components, except expendables as defined below in paragraph 4 and 5, when used for commercial, professional, retail, institutional, etc., purposes (“commercial purposes”). 3. 5. Service or repair performed by an unauthorized agent can seriously damage your COWAY product and affect your rights under this warranty. COWAY is not responsible for the cost of any service or repair provided by an unauthorized agent. In addition, this Manufacturer Warranty does not apply to: (1) Any defect or damage that has been caused by an unauthorized agent; (2) Any parts other than genuine COWAY parts; or (3) Any COWAY product which has been repaired, altered, or structurally modified so as, in the judgment of the Company, to affect its stability or reliability.

Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the warranty to be valid. Take or ship the unit pre-paid to the closest authorized COWAY Dealer or Service Center along with your RMA number and proof of purchase. Because of personal hygiene concerns and government regulations, this product can not be returned once if it has been installed. Return Policy 1. All products purchased from COWAY can be returned within 30 days of purchase in case of non defective units. Factory sealed items can be returned without any restocking fee within 30 days. The items not sealed, however, are charged 25% restocking fee and freight.
2. Should your return comply with the reasons above, please contact authorized COWAY Local Dealer or Sales Representative. Authorized COWAY Dealer or Sales Representative should fill out the form of Field Failure Report (FFR), and call Customer Service at 800-480-1600, or email dealer@coway-usa.com to obtain Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after the original invoice date of the order and cannot be extended or re-issued. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.
3. All returns except those for defective product are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
4. Return freight must be shipped prepaid, and we recommend that you insure the package, as you are responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages. We also recommend that you make sure you pack the carton properly for return, as COWAY will not issue credit for product damaged en route back to us due to poor shipping practices. We do not issue call tags for product returns unless the product ordered is not the product received.
5. Returned product must be clean, undamaged, and complete with all manuals, accessories, documents, and packaging. The items must be in a resalable condition free of any non-removable labels or writing on the product or product packaging. The product must also have with it upon return to us a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the appropriate RMA number on it. If the product is received without the RMA number, the package will be refused.
6. Products will be evaluated upon return to us to confirm the product or defective product has not been installed and that all parts and packing materials are in resalable condition prior to completing the disposition of the RMA.
